This election is to determine TWO seats on the ESRA Board of Directors.

Voting will be from Wednesday, August 1, 2012 thru midnight, Wednesday, August 15, 2012, PDT.

Both seats are for two-year terms.

The two persons receiving the highest number of votes will fill the terms.

Your vote is very important! We want your opinion on our future to be heard and a quorum to be reached.

For your vote to be counted you must be a valid member of ESRA as of July 20, 2012 with a reaffirm date no earlier than July 2010. If you are unsure of your membership status, you may check our latest roster file , or you may email join@springerrescue.org. (Or you may simply vote, however, your vote will not be counted if you are not eligible.) You may vote by cutting and pasting the ballot below into an email, or by printing it and sending by U.S. mail. You may also simply send an email with your full name and the names of the candidates for whom you wish to vote.

Election Logistics

The ballots will be validated by comparing them to eligible members on the roster. Once validated, Susan Zuker will report the results to the Board by August 24, 2012. Election results will be reported to the membership on August 25, 2012. New Board members will be seated on September 15, 2012.
